  2.                DOS GATEWAY Command
  3.  
  4.     The DOS GATEWAY Command is used to temporarily exit to DOS,
  5. then return to EVSbug332 without the necessity of reloading the
  6. EVSbug332 monitor program. 
  7.  
  8.     Following invocation of the DOS GATEWAY, a new COMMAND.COM is
  9. executed, providing you with a new DOS "shell". EVSbug332 remains
  10. in  memory, awaiting reactivation.

  12.     Please notice that closure of the gateway does NOT restore the
  13. previous state of DOS environment variables that you may have
  14. changed while working in the Gateway. Sorry, that's how DOS works.
  15. Note also, that any program which leaves code resident in memory
  16. will surely crash EVSbug332. Those programs must be run BEFORE you
  17. execute EVSbug332. A particularly insidious problem occurs when you
  18. run the PRINT command in a Gateway. If this is the first execution
  19. of PRINT, it loads a memory resident program which remains in
  20. memory when the Gateway closes, crashing the EVSbug332 program.
